The location was great and awesome, for example, Cactus Petes Casino was just a short walk away from the hotel. There were boutiques and cool stores around the venue.

The employees were accommodating and absolutely kind. Awesome and super location in the very hip neighborhood of Palermo Soho made it easy to get to key attractions. It was also just next door to stores and vibrant bars.
